Xuan previously worked for Daimler, Walmart, Tencent successively, and kept focusing on corporate ESG and sustainable development. In the meanwhile, she has rich experiences on public and industrial policy monitoring, analysis and research as well as strong resources with domestic and foreign government agencies, international and domestic NGOs, environmental protection and public welfare organizations, research institutions, and state-level think tanks.

At Lenovo, Xuan leads the ESG team to build five major initiatives of Lenovo ESG which include ESG Goals, Organization, Deliverables, Communication and Empowerment, and is fully responsible for ESG and sustainable development-related work. Xuan led the team to establish “1+N” ESG disclosure system in China to showcase Lenovo’s leading sustainability, including Lenovo Group Social Value Report, Carbon Neutrality Action Report, Biodiversity Conservation Practice Handbook and Rural Development Report, etc.
