Professor and Dr Qian Xiaojun (June) is currently an Associate Dean of Schwarzman College, Tsinghua University, and a professor in the Department of Leadership and Organization Management, School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University (Tsinghua SEM). She leads the Faculty Code of Conduct Committee as well as the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Tsinghua SEM. She was a member of the 12th and 13th Beijing Municipal Committee of CPPCC.

Professor Xiaojun Qian is the director of the Research Center for Green Economy and Sustainable Development of Tsinghua University, managing 6 research teams in areas of environment protection, public policy management, low-carbon economics, sustainable transportation, green infrastructure, sustainable economic development, as well as the INDITEX Sustainability Fund of Tsinghua University. She is also a member of China Business Management Ethics Council and a founding member of China’s Carbon Neutral 50 Person Forum.

Professor Xiaojun Qian has long done research and taught MBA, EMBA and executive education programs in Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, ESG, etc., and has developed many articles and cases on corporate sustainability management and its impact on business performance.
