Li Shiyang, currently serving as the General Manager, leads Rare China Center for Behavior, where she oversees all institutional programs and operations. In her prior position as the Chief Representative of an international non profit organization for over a decade, Shiyang played a pivotal role in building the program from the ground up and successfully managed budgets of up to $3 million USD.

 

With a wealth of expertise, she excels in areas such as behavior change, sustainable development, conservation, and international non-profit management, along with a strong background in executive coaching.

 

Shiyang holds a Master’s Degree in East Asia Studies from Columbia University and a Master’s Degree in Sociology from Renmin University, reflecting her interdisciplinary approach to understanding social dynamics and behavior. Her commitment to creating positive change is evident in her leadership, strategic vision, and dedication to fostering sustainable development practices.
