Wang Sheng obtained M.A. Degree in Applied Linguistics in English from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. He had also participated in academic research in Harvard University, Duke University and Oxford University, etc. Mr. Wang served as Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Hainan Province, he is currently the Party Secretary and the President of National Institute for South China Sea Studies. He is also the Vice President of Hainan Public Diplomacy Association, the Distinguished Research Fellow of China Center for Contemporary World Studies, Research Fellow of National Research Center for International Cultural Exchanges (Cultural Trade), Expert of China Institute for Service Trade, Member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the Standing Committee of the Seventh People’s Congress of Hainan Province, the Distinguished Professor of Hainan University, etc, and the Emergency Response Specialist of Hainan Province.
