Mr. Zhu Liyang, President of China Association of Circular Economy, professor-level senior economist, member of the Fourth China National Expert Committee on Climate Change. Supporting to NDRC and the other relevant government departments, he has a long-term participation in policy research, major planning development, drafting and revision of relevant regulations, and review and evaluation of important demonstration projects in the fields of circular economy, energy conservation and emission reduction, climate change and environmental protection. Before working in CACE, Mr. Zhu was the director of Resource & Environment Industry Department of China International Engineering Consulting Corporation (CIECC). Mr. Zhu was also an adjunct professor of Harbin Engineering University, member of the general Group of China National Medium- and Long-Term Program for Science and Technology on Water Pollution Control and Treatment, as well as is the expert awarded with the State Council Special Government Allowance.
