As a representative among the enterprises in transformation, reported by China Daily international edition, Sichuan Television for many times. Fu Demin, before engaged in non-coal mining industry, transited in 2016 to low-carbon development following the national policy of energy conservation and emission reduction. Having participated in COP25 and COP26 of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, she learned the innovative international low-carbon policies and practical case studies from the global business and academic partners, and also the social organizations and other elites, to optimize her low carbon business implementation plans. She has rich experience in the enterprises’ low-carbon capacity building, carbon label standard evaluation, zero-carbon development design and carbon asset management. Because of her own rich experience in low carbon transformation, she is deeply and fully aware of the global irreversible trend of low-carbon development, and  is well aware of the difficulties and needs  that small and medium-sized enterprises will face in the wave of low-carbon transformation, therefore, she  leads to establish a SME“Zero-Carbon Upgrade” service platform to help SMEs achieve the low-carbon development goal while making the second profit”.
