Alan Li is a member of the Assessment Committee of Shanghai Bar Association, an examiner of Lawyers’ Practice Assessment, and an executive director of the Youth Committee of the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese of Xuhui District, Shanghai. He received his bachelor’s degree in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law and master’s degree in Law from Durham University, U.K. in 2009 and 2010 respectively, and received his master’s degree in Business Administration from Fudan University in 2019. He is mainly engaged in compliance investigation and regulation, corporate governance, investment and M&A, as well as supporting commercial dispute resolution, especially in the management of corporate business ethics, anti-corruption compliance, anti-unfair competition, data security and personal information protection, ESG sustainable development and other areas of practice with deep research accumulation.
