Xue Hua is an expert of the Environmental Engineering Evaluation Center of Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China, and an expert of PetroChina’s Policy Research Office and Consulting Center. As an expert in the field of “dual-carbon” investment, he has been engaged in management and research work in PetroChina’s eco-environmental protection field for nearly 20 years, and has been responsible for or participated in the evaluation and validation of dozens of PetroChina’s major investment projects, and his research results have won three provincial and ministerial awards. He has been the site manager of PetroChina’s overseas projects, and has worked in the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
