Cynthia has been accountable to promote Bayer’s sustainable agriculture concepts and practices, to integrate government policies with company strategies, and to build cooperation platforms between Bayer and the government, scientific research institutions, associations, and other public stakeholders.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the agricultural, she has profound insights of sustainable and regenerative agriculture. She promoted multi-phase projects between Bayer and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China, to improve capacity building for modern agriculture and sustainable agriculture development, and actively participated in the 1st and 2nd phases of the Sino-German agricultural demonstration park projects, contributing to Sino-German agricultural cooperation and China’s high-level opening up in agriculture, provided advice to enhance understanding and mutual trust between China and foreign countries. Before joining Bayer China, she worked in Honeywell and Bayer CropScience, in which accumulated rich management and operational experience.

She holds a master’s degree, graduated from Capital University of Economics and Business.
