Dr. Zeng Lei (steven) is the China Program Lead for CLASP, CLASP is an international non-profit organization whose primary objective is to improve the energy and environmental performance of the appliances and equipment we use every day, accelerating our transition to a more sustainable world. Dr. Zeng manages the Climate China program and works collaboratively with CLASP team members and a wide network of international partners and program stakeholders on the design and implementation of impactful initiatives in China. Dr. Zeng has been engaged in energy efficiency and climate-related work for over 20 years with extensive experience engaging Chinese policymakers, governmental think tanks, NGOs, businesses, communities, and international donor agencies for low carbon development in China. Steven holds a Ph.D. in energy and environment engineering, and an MSc degree from Lund University in Sweden.
